Hello to board,

Have a 2012 that was recently purchased NOS. Car runs well except for that yellow wrench symbol, as well as gps not working. My local dealer, for some reason unknown to them, computer does not see my car. They are contacting ford, with no answers.


Please help!!, who should i contact in ford to get some help?

You can contact Ford Service on Twitter to get your Regional CSM involved.
 
If your dealer is looking into it, give them a chance. Contacing Ford will cause Ford to call your dealer to see what's going on. If you believe they are taking too long, call them for an update. If you have to call too many times, then call Ford. Everything has to go through the dealership, so try to work with them. If you are not happy with your dealer, look for another dealer.
