Installed ge wattstation (220) last night and noticed that the cooling fan stays on during the entire charge. This didn't happen with the factory 110 unit that came with the car nor has it happened with other 220 level 2 sites that I have used. Is this something to be worried about?

The battery's thermal management system is much more active on 240V than it is on 120V. The amount it runs depends on the temperature. If it was warmer when you charged on the Wattstation that it was at the other 240V sites, that could be one explanation. It could also be as simple as the other stations being outdoors in relatively noisy environments where the noise of the fans was less noticable.
Also, the amount of current flowing through the system is also significantly higher at Level 2 charging than at Level 1. This heats the system more, which may trigger the thermal management system more frequently.

There's probably nothing unusual happening. Get a few Level 2 charges under your belt. Some will run the fan a lot, some won't. You'll probably notice a pattern, like more fan when you just drove the car a lot right before charging, or less fan on a cool day, etc.

Brian - I went through the same thing you did - 110V charging for a long time, and then got a GE WattStation. Yes the fan runs a lot more with the WattStation. The fan running is normal. You might even hear the fan run really fast. All normal.
