The article says they're buying 90 vehicles. It doesn't break out how many are Leafs and how many are FFEs though. Hopefully the municipalities will find that the FFE is the superior car. We came to that conclusion.jmueller065 said:Article: Bay Area governments make big electric vehicle buy

Of the 90 EVs they are buying 64! Of them will be FFE's. Wow did someone from Ford have their hand in this?

Or perhaps they just drove both cars and saw that the FFE is superior in many ways (like liquid cooling for the HVB, brake coach, etc).jmueller065 said:This article has a breakdown:

Or they liked the fact that the FFE looks very much like an ICE Focus and they didn't want to advertise that its electric.
