Quite some time there was a mini-uprise amongst the Electric Vehicle community when AAA announced it would use diesel powered trucks and diesel powered generators to re-charge stranded electric vehicles.

Cross Country Automotive Services has come up with a cleaner alternative - it's a propane powered mobile charger. They say it weighs so little that it doesn't increase fuel usage on a tow truck, and when it's recharging your stranded Ford Focus Electric it burns propane. The propane unites burn cleaner than gasoline and provide about 5 miles of charge every 15 minutes.

Cross Country Automotive Services hopes to cash in on the number of electric vehicles, including the 2012 Ford Focus Electric, that are supposed to be hitting the streets soon. And I'm sure Ford won't mind all the work Cross Country Automotive Services has put into the generators that help reduce people's range anxiety - perhaps encouraging more people to buy the Ford Focus Electric.
