LG Chem supplies the HVB cells to Chevrolet mainly. They also provide the cells for the Focus Electric. Ford has since switched to using Panasonic to build the HVB cells for the Fusion/C-Max Energi. It's possible that the decision to use LG Chem cells for the Focus Electric came from Magna.
