Value Charge not working - anyone else have this problem?

Value Charge does not work for us. It starts at the correct time but stops too early, usually when the battery reaches around 50%. I have alerted Ford and they have suggested resetting the Value Charge settings, which I did, and it did not help. They 'escalated' my case but it has been weeks and they have not gotten back to me. Are the engineers really working on fixing this? I have no idea because I get no communication from Ford about the issue.

Does anyone else have the issue?
 
I have been having issues as well. I have setup the profile to work at home for value charge and everywhere else charge now. I noticed one day it was still charging after the cut off time too.
