Using the logic that if you're at a quick charger you intend to continue your journey shorty and who wants to get into a hot car when you've stopped for a quick charge? Use grid power to precondition the car instead of using the battery to cool a hot car when you get under way again. Who knows maybe it's for both of these reasons?
