I just bought a 2014 FFE for my wife at All American Ford in Hackensack NJ yesterday.
After we agreed on a price they tried to charge me sales tax.
I told the salesman there is no sales tax on EV in NJ.
After going up the chain few times he said no sales tax.
He told me he sold 3 FFEs and had charged sales tax everytime and dealer always charged sales tax till now.
If anyone bought a FFE at All American Ford in Hackensack NJ, go back to the dealer and demand your sales tax back with some interest.
I should've just paid them the sales tax and sued them for more, lol.
