An estimated 40 million plug-in electric vehicles, such as the Nissan LEAF, GM Chevrolet Volt, Fisker Karma, Tesla Model S, Ford Focus EV as well as many others, are expected to be on the road by 2030.

"As part of the developing smart grid, we will install Coulomb 'smart charging' stations one of the most advanced and integrated way to charge EVs," said Michael D. Farkas, CEO of Car Charging Group.

I have to admit, this is a good idea. Every time I drive past something where there's cars stopped in a line, I think 'How can I start a business with EV chargers here'?

People could charge there Focus Electric's everywhere - in Ferry Lineups, drive in movies, campgrounds - it's limitless really.
