Microsoft buys Leafs instead of FFEs

According to insideevs.com, Microsoft UK bought Nissan Leafs as their first electric cars as company vehicles. Why didn't they buy Focus Electrics instead since it has Microsoft technology? I have nothing against Nissan Leafs, but I think they are sending the wrong message to their employees and us FFE owners that rely on Microsoft to update the technology. I wonder if the employees use Apple computers in their main office too? LOL

Interesting. I'm betting that the FFE wasn't a choice given that it was MS UK.

Actually I don't think that the FFE is available in the UK yet. That's probably why they didn't buy them.
