hi everyone,
the modem have been replacement by new one but when go to active app my ford mobile there's no confirm massage coming on the screen .
pleases advise me
 
Sounds like your dealer didn't complete the update process where the new modem's ESN is associated with your cars VIN on Ford's servers. Your MFM activation requests are most likely still trying to be sent to the old modem which obviously is no longer there.

This is exactly what happened to me. I suspected this and I called the mfm support number and they confirmed that the confirmation requests were still being sent to the old modem. I brought it back to the dealer and they fixed it. Apparently, the software part of the install takes a while and its possible for them to end it before its complete. If you can log into mfm using the esn of your old modem, then that will confirm it. Most likely a trip to the dealer will fix it.
