Can't run Vehicle Health Report...

Stuck in a loop. Upgraded to Sync 3.8. Installation went fine, but can't upload the log file. Keep getting error. Called Ford IVT and they said to run the Vehicle Health Report.

Can't do that because, since the car was new, attempting to run the report returned the error:

Low Mileage
A report can not be run until
the odometer reaches
approximately 200 miles.

Say what? It's got almost 14k miles!

Tried:
Master Reset
Pulling all the usual fuses

Anyone else encounter and/or solve this one?

I have never been able to run it. Old or new software. No idea why. I gave up.

Same here. Same error message. I gave up too
