My FFE went into the shop on 9-30-13 to repair a problem with value charging and inability to charge at all.

I am told by the dealer that the main computer was replaced, but, that did not correct the problem and now they are waiting for a wiring harness that apparently hasn't been built yet and expect to receive on 10-30-13.

I am upset as I am still making my lease payment, can't use the carpool lane, and must pay for gas at $12/commute day.

Do I have any recourse under the California lemon law as the repair will be over 30 days. I am l currently leasing the car.

Thanks.

What the real problem here is the inability of the dealership to propperly diagnose the problem in a timely mannor.

I'm 99% completed with the lemonlaw buyback process.
Mine went really fast, only three weeks for the buyback process once I signed the vehicle replacement letter.
