My ford mobile app not updating

Had my FFE for a few months now and the app appears to have quit updating. I have had the app working fine for months but now for some reason the local rankings aren't changing.

If you search the forum, there are some answers. I had the same trouble awhile back. For some, you might be able to pull the f1 fuse, telemetrics, and put it back in. If that doesn't work, a system reset will likely work. I don't recall the exact location on the ffe touch screen under settings, but afterward, you will have to set your radio presets as well as relink with myfordmobile. Inconvenient, but it worked for me.
