Rain Sensing Wipers on 2014 FFE???

I bought my FFE new in November of 2014. I have 25,000 miles on it in that time. The other day I was driving home in the rain (not the first time I have driven the car in the rain), and the wipers went from being in "low" to intermittent WITHOUT me touching the control stalk. Luckily I have video of it, It shows the Wipers going from "low" to "intermittent" and from "high" to "low" to "intermittent" all without me touching anything. My question is this ... is this really Rain Sensing Wipers, or do I have a gremlin I need to get rid of?

Also, this is the FIRST time the wipers have ever done this.

You have something wrong Theres no rain sensor on the windshield? If it was there its around the rear view mirror area.
