We all know that Ford has a goal of 5 electric vehicles in the next few years, and now they have teamed up with Azure to offer the F Series super duty trucks as plug in hybrids.

Azure is the company that Ford has contracted to make the Ford Transit Connect electric.

Ford has more than a 50% market share in the cab and chassis market, and they will also have available a plug in hybrid electric vehicle used as a shuttle bus.

I think most pick up drivers drive trucks because they like to haul stuff, not because they like crappy fuel economy, so as long as they can still handle heavy duty loads a Plug In Hybrid F-150 would interest me!
