Re: Debating a 2017

I'm not sure if you have ever experience the Stop Safely Now with your current electric car from Ford. For me, I'll think about buying an electric cars from Ford when they get better at making electric cars. I have a 2012 Focus Electric now and experiencing SSN randomly. My car is currently in the s...

Re: AT&T shutting down 3G in early 2022

With all the SSN problems that Ford Electric gave customers, I doubt they could sell their upcoming electric SUV (if they ever sell it). I know for sure that for me, I would not buy the Ford first gen electric SUV. I don't think they know how to make electric car. Their app for electric cars also su...

Re: 50 amp outlet

It should be ok to keep the 50 amp breaker for future proof. The EVSE will not pull more than 32 amp but down the road if you upgrade your EVSE and a new EV which can charge at 40 amp then you don't have to pay the electrician again to come out and switch the breaker.

Asking for advice: Please forgive me if I am posting this in the wrong thread, but I am currently considering purchasing a specific used FFE. I do not currently own one (only test driven one). Re: Ford is recalling 120v chargers

The letter saying they now have parts arrived in late January. We were in the middle of a move - so waited until early Feb to see our new Ford dealer. Nobody there knew anything about the recall - but they were happy to learn. It took about 3 weeks for the Ford dealer in Indiana - near South Bend -...
