2019 Ford Focus Electric?

We all know that the 2019 Ford Focus is going to be completely redesigned and there are already spy photos of the 2019 Ford Focus. I have also read that the new Focus is going to be about 2 inches longer than the current Focus. The redesigned longer body could allow room for the battery pack to be e...

Re: whats the highest odometer reading on a FFE?

My 2013 FFE that I sold has/had 49,711 before they put it on the boat to Jordan(?). I don’t know if I’ll be able to track the mileage when it reaches its new home over seas. According to MyFord Mobile the car is still sitting at the dock in Galveston but it hasn’t pinged in a a couple of days.

Re: Just bought a Certified 2017 FFE

Yep, it looks like my old 2013 FFE is going overseas. Right now the car is sitting on a dock near Galveston according to MyFord Mobile. I expect the car to disappear soon and then show up in the Middle East or just flat disappear.

Re: Just bought a Certified 2017 FFE

I finally sold my 2013 FFE. I took a cash offer of $7,600. I only paid $15,000 for it to begin with and I put 30,000 miles on it so I don’t think I did so bad. There was a structural damage item on the CarFax report when I bought the car. I had the the car checked out when I bought the car and we fo...

The installation is time consuming. The mechanic has to remove the tire and inner fender. It would take at least three hours to change out the port.

Re: Problems with backup camera

The problem is gone for now. We had a lot of rain that week. Maybe some water got into the camera or one of the connectors. No sense in taking the car in, they can’t fix something that’s not broke.

Re: Focus Electrics in Jordan

I just received an offer on the 2013 FFE that I’m selling. The buyer said that he had a dealer’s license and wanted to send the car to Jordan. I don’t know if the buyer will follow through but thought it was interesting that the buyer was willing to buy over wholesale for a car to ship to Jordan. Th...

New Ford Focus Electrics coming to dealer lots in Texas!

Okay, there is only one dealer in Texas advertising in AutoTrader.com a new Ford Focus Electric and there aren't any pictures of the actual car so the car is probably "in transit". You have always been able to order an FFE in Texas and it will take at least three months to get it delivered but to ac...

Problems with backup camera

This morning, when I drove my 2017 FFE, the backup camera picture was all jumble up. I had the car on the charger all night long and it was just about freezing temperatures when I got in the car. After I turned the car off and back on the picture came back but when I drove the again I had the same j...

Re: Just bought a Certified 2017 FFE

The dealer didn't want my 2013 FFE for a trade. That's fine, I should be able to get a better price selling it on my own and I really didn't want to trailer my old FFE to Michigan. Anybody want to buy a 2013 with 49k miles that's in really good shape? How much are you planning to sell it for? My 20...
