Re: ST spoiler (replica):

The Torx and socket sizes are different from those described in the focusfanatics thread. I used the following tools today: http://studio460.com/images/tools1.png • Phillips screwdriver. • Small slotted screwdriver (to release brake light wiring harness clip). • Plastic butter knife (to pull the int...

Re: ST spoiler (replica):

I'm going to attempt the install today. I'm using this thread from focusfanatics as a guide: http://www.focusfanatics.com/forum/showthread.php?t=415962 However, unlike the author's, my spoiler did not come with the included hardware that this owner got with his replica part (apparently, from differe...

Re: New Pricing and incentives for 2014 and 2015 FFE's

The main Ford website still shows the $35,170 price, but when searching inventory, you will see the window sticker for the 2014 models is now $29,995. How do you do that? Using the link, after typing in my contact information, I only get the Wisconsin dealer. Using the national site, I just get the...

Re: Has anyone hard-wired a 12V accessory to their FFE?

Nevermind! I'll probably just use a Ram mount with an 'AA' battery-powered scanner. Also, certain newer Uniden scanners can also power from USB. Problem solved!

Graphics ideas: Vehicle graphics sample photos.

Graphics ideas: I've been thinking of applying some plotter-cut vinyl graphics to the car. Nothing crazy, but, something. I may end up not doing it, but I at least wanted to post some reference images from the web: http://studio460.com/images/STgraphics-1.jpg http://studio460.com/images/STgraphics-...

Re: Zippy or Zen - Who's the Zippiest of them all?

The first week after I bought the car, I drove it like a nun, trying to maximize my energy usage. Now, knowing that I can charge to nearly 100% at work, I've been driving normally ( fast ). I absolutely love that 40MPH-80MPH sprint on the freeway, from the on-ramp to the number-one lane. Now in my t...

Re: Battery Percentage

A numeric percentage display would be much more helpful. I'm constantly having the visually estimate my "point-of-no-return." I may lose my ability to charge (120V) at work, so this will become more and more critical.

Re: Next car after Ford Focus Electric?

If I had the resources (and the garage space), I would own all three of the below Ford vehicles, concurrently, in addition to my new Ford Focus Electric:

1. Ford Fusion Titanium Energi, black.
2. Ford Focus ST, loaded, matte-gray.
3. Ford Transit Connect (cargo), white.
