Have you tried editing the GO Times from the screen inside the car?

Re: 2013 FFE with MyFordTouch 3.1.3

I can't remember exactly, but I think somewhere along the way a hardware upgrade was required in order to move to a certain later version of MFT. I think it was 3.6.x or so that would not install unless you also had the updated hardware. At the time, the updated hardware was free via a recall. (Mayb...

Re: HID's upgraded

Pretty sure they are bi-xenon with an additional high beam. I could be wrong though. You can hear what I believe to be the shutter in the projector flip up and down when you hit the high beams. I think the FFE high-beams are just another set of (regular) high-beam bulbs in reflector housings and th...

Re: Fiat 500e Lease - $69/mo, zero down

Here in California (and, I assume for the rest of the country), for a purchase the vehicle owner gets the $7500 tax credit. Yes, that's the federal EV tax credit (which EVA already mentioned) and applies to everyone who files taxes in the United States, regardless of your state of residence. Aside ...

Re: Sync 3 Apple Carplay update

On our 2016, there's an option enabled where it'll pop up an alert saying that you're approaching the limit to get back home. I can't remember the exact name of the feature, but since we turned it on, even without an active navigation running, we get a yellow pop up on the left mini screen saying "...

Re: Sync 3 Apple Carplay update

This is kind of a deal-breaker. One trick I almost always do is set "Home" as my destination (and answer "yes" to the "Will you charge?" question) even when just "driving around". Then, no matter where I go, the car is always trying to estimate whether I can make it "back home" or not from wherever ...

Re: Only 40 miles on the charge indicator

Question, after a full charge it only registers 40 miles on the blue battery indicator. Does this seem right? Depends. What is the current average Wh/mi for the car? For a 40 mile estimate, the average Wh/mi is probably something like 475 Wh/mi. That's very high, but not impossible. It probably mea...

You can turn them on and off.

Did you turn them off?

No, a dirty lens would not affect it.

Re: Dead 12v Feb 18/19 anyone else

One strange thing happened when I put it in reverse for the first time after this low battery episode- the image from the backup camera was upside down! Later in the day it managed to correct itself. This has happened to me about 2 or 3 times (just randomly, not associated with a low battery). It a...
