Re: Question for those who have had drivetrain issues

They were confident of no other damage, ended up with a new gearbox shaft and bearings, and rebuilt it.

Re: Question for those who have had drivetrain issues

Well it turned out to be a bad bearing in the gearbox. Crazy that the simplest gearbox there is, and I have one with a bad bearing! Shout out to Bob Allen Ford for great and quick service, and for having techs trained on this car. I say this with confidence: those of you that have service issues, it...

Question for those who have had drivetrain issues

My 2016 (bought new Dec 2016, 23,000 miles now), has had an increasingly louder "warble" with a slight growl to it upon acceleration, and now a very audible growl on regen ...

Re: Tires

No shit. ***eye roll*** (See what I did there??)

What do I expect? I expect a tire the handles decently. I will gladly sacrifice a little bit of mileage for a safe amount of traction, and a little bit of performance.

Crap reaction in wet. Crap traction in snow. I’m hoping for crap tread life to go with it so I don’t have to throw out t...

Re: whats the highest odometer reading on a FFE?

I’m disappointed that there are not more high mileage reports. I’ve had mine 9 months and put on 12,111 so far.

Re: Sync 3 with Apple CarPlay on 2017 FFE

I don't have a particular app that I like....but I really like the interface. It was a mandate for me when I bought the car that it have CarPlay. I stream most of my music, listen to podcasts, make business calls from the car every day, use navigation (I find the factory navigation insufferable), an...
